The Juniper Tree Charitable Foundation
The Juniper Tree Charitable Foundation is a U.K registered charity (1057229), managed by a group of four trustees. In Thailand the Trustees are represented by an Executive Committee comprising several missionaries and Thai Christian leaders. To ensure a stable legal status, The Juniper Tree operates in Thailand as a project of the Covenant Foundation, a Thai Christian Foundation with like-minded objectives and beliefs.
The Juniper Tree Trustees in the U.K appoint the expatriate managers at both locations. The managers are responsible for the everyday running of the Juniper Tree. They are unpaid volunteers, responsible for raising their own support.
The Juniper Tree is a non-denominational organization, not linked to any individual mission society. It adheres to the Statement of Faith of the Evangelical Fellowship of Thailand and is a member of the UK-based Global Connections.
Gifts for the development of the Juniper Tree
We are always grateful for donations which enable us to upgrade and develop the facilities at the Juniper Tree centres. This can be done in Thailand at the end of your stay at one of the centres. Alternatively, you may contact Ann Webb, the Treasurer of the Juniper Tree Charitable Foundation, who is based in the UK.
Due to the costs incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, current donations will be used to replenish our reserves.
(UK tax payers can Gift Aid their UK donations which increases the value of a gift by 25%. Gift Aid declaration forms are available on request from the Treasurer).
